If you're over 18, register on our website. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian can register and request the VIP card on your behalf. .

For the 3-month VIP cards, the total fee for the entire period can be paid either online via credit card or in person at the park using any accepted payment method. For the subscription-based 'Plus' cards, register your card details with our payment partner, and we'll automatically charge your card on the same day each month.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your online VIP card attached. Show this card along with a photo ID at the park's reception to verify that you are the cardholder. The card is non-transferable!
Yes. Log into your account on our website, click the VIP Card button, and access the VIP booking interface. If you have an active card, you'll see a green "+BOOK" button next to it. Click this to reserve your spot. If you cannot attend the booked time, please cancel your reservation! If you do not show up 15 minutes before your booking, the system will automatically cancel your reservation. Depending on availability, you can make a new reservation.
You can freely cancel your ( not the 3-month) "Plus" VIP card subscription after the 3-month loyalty period. Log into your account, and two weeks before the loyalty period ends, a "CANCEL" button will appear. If you click it, we will deactivate your card at the end of the paid period, and your card will not be charged for the following month. If you wish to rejoin the VIP program later, the 3-month loyalty period will restart.
No. We offer special prices for school groups, so the VIP card is not applicable in such cases.
Book a birthday party for at least 9 people online and pay the deposit for 6 packages. On the day of the event, show your active Premium VIP card to our staff at the venue, and they will apply the discount for 1 package during the final billing. The discount can only be claimed by the cardholder (or their parent/guardian if they are the payer).
For the subscription-based "Plus" VIP cards, if we are unable to charge your registered card, we will send a warning email. The cardholder will have 3 days to ensure the payment can be processed. If this doesn't happen within 3 business days, the VIP card will be deactivated. There is no option for reactivation.
Cyberjump reserves the right to change the conditions and prices of VIP cards.
All changes will be communicated to VIP cardholders in writing.
